We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover Card. International payment terms are wire transfer only. Completecanopy.com reserves the right to refuse any orders believed to be fraudulent in nature.

Shipping Information:

We strive to ship most orders within 1-5 business days of receiving your order via the most economical carrier. Most items we offer ship either UPS or FedEx ground. Larger items may be shipped via an LTL freight carrier and shipped directly to your local freight terminal for pick-up to avoid residential and lift gate surcharges. If your item is shipped LTL freight we will notify you of this arrangement before shipping and arrange for your local terminal to call you when the product is ready for pick-up.

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer and while most of our vendors ship orders within 1-5 business days, some items may take upwards of 10-14 business days depending on the manufacturer and season. Claims for damaged shipments must be made immediately with the respective shipping company. CompleteCanopy.com, or its parent company, is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping or after the shipment is delivered to its final destination.

We do not ship outside of the Continental United States at this time.

Shipping Rates:

At Completecanopy.com we offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $29.99 or more shipping within the continental United States. Please call 1.866.5.CANOPY or email sales@completecanopy.com for express rate quotes.

*Large bulky items may have to ship via an ltl freight carrier which can result in additional residential and lift gate surcharges. We reserve the right to add residential, liftgate and/or wrong address surcharges to your order. We will attempt to contact you before shipment if we anticipate liftgate or residential surcharges will be incurred.

Taxes:

A sales tax rate of 7.00 percent will be added to orders shipping to addresses located in Ohio. This tax rate will be added during checkout. Sales tax will not be applied to orders shipping outside the State of Ohio.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service at sales@completecanopy.com or 740.773.2895 for an R.M.A. number. All returns must be processed within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Returns not accompanied by an R.M.A. number will be refused. Returns deemed not the fault of CompleteCanopy.com or the original manufacturer, are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee. Refund will be credited to the credit card on which the original order was placed within (5) business days of approval. Merchandise refunds do not include shipping and handling nor is CompleteCanopy.com responsible for the freight charges incurred when returning merchandise.

As such, Completecanopy.com assumes no liability for any financial loss, damage, injuries or loss of life associated with the use of products purchased through our site. Completecanopy.com makes no claims, expressed or implied, concerning use of products purchased via our website. Completecanopy.com has the right to refuse any order or modify pricing with notice to customer. By submitting an order via our website customer authorizes Completecanopy.com and its parent company to bill the provided credit card in the amount shown on the order confirmation.
